4.1 For Employers

Employers agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Comply with all employment laws and regulations
• Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
• Handle applicant data responsibly and confidentially

4.2 For Job Seekers

Job seekers agree to:

• Provide accurate information in profiles and resumes
• Apply only to positions of genuine interest
• Respect employer communication and interview processes

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Unicoarn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, profiles, job postings). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide our services.

7. Payment and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment. By subscribing to paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Provide accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Our refund policy as stated separately

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
